  • We will only ever make agreements we intend to keep.
  • We will communicate any potential broken agreements at the first opportunity.
  • We will clear up all broken agreements immediately.

4. Excellence

  • Good enough isn't. We will always deliver service, advice and products of exceptional quality that add value to all involved for the long term.

  • We will always apologise for any upsets first, then look for a solution.
  • We will only ever discuss concerns in private with the person involved.
