Operational

		Roula Fetsis Operations Manager Roula has been part of the financial services industry since 1999 and specifically the financial planning industry since 2000. She joined the Ebony Rose Group in January 2012 and manages the administration and paraplanning teams and oversees the operations of the practice. Roula has a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.

		Justin May Marketing and Communications Justin joined The Ebony Rose Group in February 2008 as Paraplanning Manager. Prior to working at the business, he completed a double degree in Business Management/Sports Administration before spending six years in the sporting industry as a Senior Project Officer implementing major national and international sporting events. Justin’s role includes Marketing and Client Communication, as well as assessing business processes and website management.

		Jo Griffin Paraplanner Jo commenced work in the financial services industry in 2007 leading out of previous roles in real estate and event marketing. Jo brings a keen personal and professional interest in financial affairs to The Ebony Rose Group. She is a qualified paraplanner having completed her Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and will soon have completed her Bachelor Degree in Business. This is complemented by extensive financial services experience developing strategies for clients of small, medium and large firms ranging from niche service providers, to mid-tier investment houses to one of the big four banks; her preference is to provide a personalised service for clients that offers more tailored and beneficial client outcomes. Jo’s breadth of strategy experience is broad, having worked across superannuation, pensions, wealth accumulations and insurance. Outside of work, Jo is a keen traveller, is dedicated to her fitness, contributes to a number of charities and satisfies a strong personal interest in property related investment.

		Fred Singh Paraplanner Fred joined The Ebony Rose Group in August 2011, and has been associated with Financial Planning since March 2008. He started off as a paraplanner within the AXA network and progressed to become a Financial Adviser a few months later. Thereafter he joined ANZ as a Financial Adviser, however he decided he was more passionate about the technical aspects of the financial planning process and returned to paraplanning with The Ebony Rose Group. He has experience in insurance, superannuation, retirement and investment strategies. He holds an Advanced Diploma In Financial Services (Financial Planning).

		Michael Azzato Super & Investments Liaison Michael joined The Ebony rose Group in January 2012 and has been in the financial services industry since 1989 in the areas of superannuation administration. He is passionate about assisting clients and advisors with all administration functions, providing the service of the highest quality. Michael’s interest are swimming, socialising watching and participating in most sports. He currently holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).

		Litsa Balderanos Administrative Services and Support Litsa Balderanos has been in the Financial Services Industry for over 25 years. She commenced working at National Mutual/AXA in 1986 working as an Administration Officer assisting advisors with all their quoting needs. In 1989 she moved to a Divisional Sales Office where she looked after a team of 20 sales advisors. In 1994 she joined The Ebony Rose Group, managing the office and looking after the client data base. As the practice has expanded over the years, so has Litsa’s role. She now performs the role of Risk Administration Manager processing all the new risk proposals that are submitted by the Advisors.

		Barbara Falcke Receptionist Barbara has been working in the financial planning industry as a receptionist since 2005. She has experience in client services, administration and in a former life was a Sales Representative in the I.T. industry. Barbara plays an integral role for The Ebony Rose Group in being the first point of contact for many of our clients and industry colleagues.
